Lands that Destroy and then Fetch

Typically, with these lands you will use them to get rid of an opponent’s pesky land. But, if you’re in a pinch, you can always use them when possible on any nonbasic land an opponent controls to fix your colors. Or in the case of cards like Ghost Quarter, use it on yourself to fetch a land you need.
